Here in Barbados where I live we have an IPSC executive that consists of our RD, a Secretary and an IPSC coordinator from each club that shoots IPSC and has signed onto the constitution of IPSC Barabados. This body, IPSC Barbados, is independent of any individual club and oversees the running of IPSC locally in the broader sense. We currently have 4 local clubs that shoot IPSC that are signed onto the constitution of IPSC Barbados.»
